SE Iowa Stem Festival

SAFER-SIM staff attended the Southeast Iowa STEM Festival in Burlington. An on-road research vehicle was brought to the event, and staff described the advanced driver assistance systems on the vehicle. These safety systems use sensors to assist the driver in certain situations, and attendees saw the connection to STEM related fields. 150 people interacted with the exhibit.
